• Stir-fry beef with oyster sauce

    Stir-fry Beef with Oyster Sauce








    For 2 serves:



    -  400 gram beef fillet (cut into thin even slices)

    - 3 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce

    - 5 fresh shitake mushrooms (sliced)

    - 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

    - 6 gram ginger (sliced)

    - 1 spring onion (peeled) and finally sliced)

    - 1 tablespoon corn flour

    - 3 tablespoon oil


    1. Marinade beef slices in 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, 1 tablespoon corn flour and 2 tablespoons water for 15 minutes. Set aside.

    2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add beef slices and fry for 3  minutes, then remove and set aside.

    3. Add 1 tablespoon oil and stir-fry gingers and onions until tendered. Add peppers and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes before turning beef slices to the wok.

    4. Put 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce in the beef mixture. Toss thoroughly and  serve.
