    Pandan Cake


    For 1 cake


    - 1 Package Pondan Chiffon Cakemix

    - 7 eggs

    - 3 tablespoons water

    - 125 – 150 cc instant coconut milk

    - Margarine to grease the pan


    1. Heat the oven to 160 °C. Cover the bottom of the baking pan with baking paper the ngrease bottom and sides of pan with margarine.

    2. Beat eggs at high speed for 3 minutes until foamy.

    3. Add Pondan Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix with water then beat again at high speed for another 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.

    4. Add instant cocounut milk then stir well (using wooden spatula) until even.

    5. Pour the mixture in a baking pan. Bake 60 minutes in medium heat(160°C) till done. Baking is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting. Ready to serve.
