    Lee Kum Kee Special Fried Rice

    For 2 serves:

    Ingredients

    - 400 gram cooked rice

    - 50 gram ham (diced)

    - 50 gram cooked shrimp meat

    - 3 eggs (beaten)

    - 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger

    - 2 tablespoons oil

    Seasoning mix

    - 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce

    - 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

    - 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce

    - 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (Blended)

    Method

    1. Pan-fry beaten egg into thin egg sheet. Shred and set aside.

    2. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat. Saute onion until tendered. Add ham,
    shrimps, cooked rice and stir-fry until heated enough.

    3. Add shredded egg. Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger and seasoning mix. Stir-fry and serve.
