    Javanese Fried Noodles

    For 4 serves:


    - 400 gram Chicken fillet, diced

    - 45 ml Oil

    - 2 Eggs, whisked

    - 30 gram Cabbage, julienne

    - 30 gram Celery leaves, sliced

    - 100 gram Bean sprouts

    - 400 gram Long Life Egg Noodles

    - 120 ml ABC Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)

    - 30 ml ABC Salty Soy Sauce (Kecap Asin)

    - 1 teaspoon salt

    - 1 teaspoon Grounded white pepper


    1. In a pot, cook egg noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and cool under cool running water, set aside.   Stir fry for another 3 minutes then serve.

    2. In a wok, heat 15ml of oil over high heat and stir fry chicken for 10 minutes. Remove chicken from wok and set aside.

    3. Heat 15ml of oil in the wok, and add in eggs and scramble. Once cooked, remove from wok and set aside.

    4. With remaining 15ml of oil, stir fry cabbage and celery leaves and stir fry chicken, bean sprouts, ABC Sweet Soy Sauce and ABC Salty Soy Sauce, salt pepper and mix well.

    5. Stir fry for another 3 minutes and then serve.
